Customers lined up outside the store for the 6 a.m. opening on the 10th anniversary of TradeWinds Market Place in Blue Hill; the first 500 received a free ham in celebration of the store’s opening in 1999. The first in line was Carol Murphy of East Blue Hill, who said she had arrived at 5:15 a.m. Bonnie Marckoon, assistant vice president of The First Bancorp and branch manager of the Blue Hill office and Lawrence alternated is “tossing” hams into the carts of early customers.
